Xavier and Food Truck Fright Night volunteers have the right to refuse admission to anyone. Patrons may experience intense lighting and audio effects, strobes, fog, low visibility and overall a physically demanding environment. Do not attend if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, asthmatic, prone to seizures, respiratory or heart issues. You will be denied admission if you are intoxicated or impaired. 

No cameras allowed in the attractions.

There is an inherit risk in attending the Food Truck Fright Nights Haunted House. Actors are not allowed to intentionally touch you. Actors do jump out to startle & scare you. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Food Truck Fright Nights Haunted House.  Attendees agree to release Xavier and Food Truck Fright Night volunteers, affiliates, officers, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, damage, death or expense that may arise directly or indirectly from attending the Food Truck Fright Nights Haunted House and Food Truck Rally.  Proper footwear is required - no flip flops or sandals. Do not touch us - we will not touch you. The Food Truck Fright Nights Haunted House is fun and safe, but scary.
